Cave complex:

The cave complex is found below and to the left of the main house (hidden from view and with a separate entrance). It has a stunning, communcal terrace area with seating areas where guests can sit outside and look out over Sacromonte and the mountains in the distance. Additionally, above the caves is another large terrace area with even better views. The cave complex comprises of 5 letting units, rented as viviendas turísticas de alojamiento rural, as well as a small office, a wc and a storage area for clean bedding and other items required for the letting units. 

 

Each cave has its own bathroom with shower and/or bath as well as an open plan, equipped kitchen and living room area. However, the largest of the five units has a living room and kitchen with a chimney, two bedrooms and a bathroom. 

 

The caves are very ancient and they are completely rehabilitated, well maintained and with good ventilation. They are isothermic, meaning that they keep the temperature at a regular 16 to 18 degrees celsius in both winter and summer. This is also true for the main house as the caves help to regulate the temperature. Each cave has its own entrance leading in from the communal terrace. 

 

Both the main house and the cave complex are on a pedestrian street. The local bus stop is just 2 minutes away. It is a 10 minute walk to the commercial area of the Albayzin.
