The other bedroom next door is complete with a mezzanine floor with an extra bed. Also on this floor is a slide-down ladder which leads up to the roof terrace, with panoramic views of the Albayzin and with fantastic views of the Alhambra.


From the ground floor, stairs lead down to the basement level where one finds a large bar, dining hall and lounge area with fireplace, perfect for winter months when the patio is less appealing. This means that the Bed and Breakfast functions all year round, and again, food cooked in the kitchen below is easily communicated on the lift to the dining hall below. Also on this floor is the ample laundry and food supplies room as well as another storage room.


The property is absolutely luxurious. The bright, spacious bedrooms all have big, double glazed windows and doors. Each bedroom has its own unique colour scheme as well as a large ensuite bathroom with shower; built-in, tailor-made warddrobe and other wooden furnishings; and air conditioning and electric heating throughout.
